An edgy draped cowl blouse, the Delia features a dropped shoulder, billowing sleeves gathered with elastic at the sleeve opening. The body is cut loose and roomy and the cowl buttons at the center back with faceted black resin buttons. The special cotton/rayon/lurex fabric features a jacquard weave design with medallions and a shadow stripe.
